Renovation Waste Removal Hobart β We Take It All
Tiles, plasterboard, timber, concrete and all construction debris removed from your site. We load it, you keep building.
Construction & Renovation Waste Removal Hobart
Renovation projects generate a massive amount of waste fast β and it needs to go somewhere. Skip bins fill up quickly and cost a lot for ongoing projects. Our renovation waste removal service offers a flexible alternative β we come when you need us, take what you've got and keep your site clean.
We work with homeowners, builders and tradespeople across all Hobart suburbs. Regular site clean-ups or one-off removals β we'll work to your project schedule.
Renovation Waste We Remove
How Renovation & Builders Waste Removal Works
Renovation jobs generate site waste constantly β every demolished kitchen, bathroom or wall produces material that needs to leave the site. Here's how we keep your project moving without skip bin lock-in.
- 01
Project scope or one-off
Call 0412 764 743 or email. Tell us if this is a one-off pickup or a multi-stage renovation that'll need waste removal repeatedly. For ongoing projects we set up a site account.
- 02
Per-load or contract quote
Single pickups quoted per cubic metre. Multi-stage renovations get a project rate that's cheaper per load. Trade accounts for builders and tradies welcome β we'll provide ongoing pricing.
- 03
Site coordination
For active renovations we work with your site contact on timing β first thing in the morning before tradies start, lunch breaks, end of day. We can book regular collection days for ongoing work.
- 04
On-site walk-through
On arrival we walk through with the site contact, confirm volume and confirm the price. For demolition jobs we'll ask about asbestos surveys (we don't take asbestos β that needs a licensed contractor).
- 05
Site-safe loading
Crews wear PPE and work to your site's safety requirements. SWMS available on request. We bring our own equipment to keep your tradies' tools clear.
- 06
Site clean-up
We sweep, broom and remove dust where the demolition pile was sitting β leaving a workable surface for the next phase of the build.
- 07
Material separation
Concrete, brick and rubble go to inert recycling. Timber goes to timber recyclers. Steel and aluminium go to metal recyclers. Plasterboard goes to gyprock recycling where available. Only the genuine waste goes to landfill.
Renovation Pricing β Per Load or Project Rate
Renovation waste in Hobart is priced per cubic metre. Heavy materials cost more per cubic metre than mixed waste because of higher tipping fees. Trade and builder accounts get reduced project pricing.
What's included
- βCrew and PPE
- βTruck and transport
- βAll loading labour
- βTipping fees at appropriate facilities
- βMaterial separation and recycling
- βGST and tax invoice
What might affect the price
- βMaterial type β concrete, soil and brick cost more per cubic metre than timber and plaster
- βVolume β bigger jobs get better per-cubic-metre rates
- βFrequency β ongoing project accounts cheaper than one-off pickups
- βHazardous materials β we don't take asbestos or hazardous chemicals (specialist contractor required)
The pricing promise
On-site walk-through price is the final price. Builders and project managers don't see "weight overage" surprises at the end of the job.
Trade accounts on 14 or 30-day terms (subject to credit check). One-off jobs payable on the day. ABN-registered tax invoices.
How We Run Renovation Sites
Renovation work needs sites that move on schedule and crews that don't add risk. Here's our standard.
Identifiable
Every booking is confirmed in writing with the agreed time, scope and quote before we arrive. You can verify any job β including who's scheduled to be there β by calling our office on 0412 764 743.
Site-Safety Aware
Crews work in PPE and to your site's safety requirements. SWMS provided on request. Public liability insurance documentation available.
Trade Account Available
Builders, tilers, plumbers and ongoing trades get a project rate, regular collection scheduling and 14 or 30-day invoicing β so site waste removal isn't a daily admin task.
Material Separation
Concrete, timber, steel and plaster get separated and routed to appropriate recyclers β better for landfill diversion and your green credentials on the build.
Communicative
We text when we're on the way. We call if we're running late. We confirm before loading. If something can't be taken, we tell you straight and recommend who can help instead.
Accountable
ABN-registered Australian business with real tax invoices, real public reviews and a local team you can talk to. We answer the phone β not a voicemail tree.

"Heritage cottage reno, builder left a pile of plaster, tiles and old timber on the verge. Booked these guys, gone the next morning. Quote stuck β even when the pile was bigger than I described on the phone."
Hamish W.
Battery Point, TAS
"End-of-lease nightmare in a Federation share house. Old couch, two mattresses, a dead fridge and seven bin bags of unidentifiable stuff. They cleared the lot in 90 minutes. Bond came back in full."
Emma P.
North Hobart, TAS
"Mum's estate down at Kingston. The team turned up exactly when they said, treated everything respectfully and helped me set aside a few photos and papers I almost missed. Made a hard week noticeably easier."
Cameron L.
Kingston, TAS
"A massive eucalypt branch came down across the back garden after that southerly. They squeezed me in the next day, dragged the whole lot up the driveway themselves, and left the lawn looking better than before. No fuss."
Aimee S.
Lenah Valley, TAS
"Cleared a packed double garage in one trip β old motorbike parts, paint tins, a busted ride-on, the lot. They sorted what could be recycled separately. Cheaper than a skip and I didn't lift a thing."
Riley J.
Bridgewater, TAS
"Booked Saturday morning to clear out my late dad's shed before the property went on the market. They were here for 90 minutes, polite, careful around the house, and the price was fair. Highly recommend for the eastern shore."
